ANNE-CHRISTINE
CHAMPION

Co-Head of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking and member of the senior management committee.

It is vital to highlight women’s success stories to inspire and raise our staff’s awareness on the issue of diversity.

Network

WINN is an inhouse company network that strives to promote a more inclusive company in terms of gender equality and initially welcomed female executives only, but it opened to all in 2018 and now has more than 1,000 members worldwide, 60% internationally and 20% men. Our goal is to inspire, network and act to foster a more inclusive company.

Equality

Gender equality is not just a buzzword at Natixis, and three figures reflect this.

  • Three women (Nathalie Bricker, Véronique Sani and Cécile Tricon-Bossard) are among the ten members of the senior management committee.
  • Natixis is the leading bank in the ranking for gender balance in management bodies in SBF 120 companies, and climbed 16 places since last year to take 30th position.
  • 87/100 is Natixis’ score in the French labor ministry’s gender equality index.

Role model

It is vital to highlight women’s success stories to inspire and raise our staff’s awareness on the issue of diversity. Maud Bailly, Chief Digital Officer at the Accor group, will share her experience during the next WINN general meeting on September 17, 2020.

Mentoring

More than 1,000 mentor-mentee tandems (mixed) have been set up since 2012. This program involves sharing expertise and advice on effective – or enhanced – career management, and we now aim to extend this program internationally by setting up intercultural tandems.

Actions

In France and Boston, WINN helped raise more than €10,000 to support UN Women, particularly via the workplace giving ARRONDI sur salaire program.
