Natixis has joined the Marie Claire think tank Act For Equality, and the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer Anne Lebel is now a member of the think tank’s scientific committee.
The Marie Claire Think Tank – Agir pour l’Égalité initiative aims to garner support from public and private bodies to take concrete action to promote gender quality, with the aim of putting forward tangible gender equality proposals that it will present to the public authorities in the summer of 2019.
At Natixis, we firmly believe that talent goes hand-in-hand with teamwork and that diversity of talent is a key performance enabler, so with this in mind, we made supporting the growth of all our talents one of the five overarching levers of our New Dimension strategic plan spanning 2018 to 2020.
We have also taken some very practical pledges out to 2020 with the support of our Senior Management Committee:
- Develop our talent pool: at least 50% of new junior recruits, interns and students on company work placement will be women.
- Increase diversity of our leadership circles with 30% of our top leader group and 40% of our second leader group to be made up of women.
- Quarterly monitoring of indicator figures.
