We are proud to announce that the Top Employer Institute has awarded Natixis the Top Employer accreditation for the sixth year in a row, applauding our high-quality human resources policies.
This certification draws on a full audit of more than 400 HR practices – including talent development, working environment, recruitment, integration and diversity – to commend innovative HR and management practices that ensure a consistently positive and engaging working environment for our people.
“Behind every area of expertise, product and solution that we offer, stand above all talented men and women, who deserve to work, grow and thrive in a fulfilling environment” states Cécile Tricon Bossard, Chief Human Resources Officer at Natixis.
Training and hybrid working support programs acclaimed
The Top Employer Institute particularly singled out our job mobility and skills development initiatives in this year’s edition, for example our Jobs In Motion program, which supported almost 200 staff to train in a job of the future in 2021 i.e. tech, data, UX design and ESR.
The institute also applauded the broad range of initiatives we undertook over the course of the year to build the workplace of the future and support hybrid working methods, including teleworking – with up to 10 days per month, the rollout of entirely transformed multi-experience working environments, training programs to support the use of digital and collaborative tools, and actions to raise awareness on inclusion involving training in inclusive leadership and unconscious bias, as well as the signature of the l’Autre Cercle LGBT+ charter.
Cécile Tricon Bossard notes: “The Top Employer certification attests to the commitment of our HR teams and our company’s leaders, who strive day in, day out to create an inclusive and high-performance workplace. In today’s fast-changing environment, their engagement is constant, and we should be proud of this achievement.”
Natixis is very proud to be one of the 94 Top Employers in France in 2022, and we will pursue our efforts to build an inclusive and high-performance workplace both this year and beyond. Thank you to all our people for their support and to the Top Employer Institute for its recommendations, which help us keep on growing!
As part of Groupe BPCE’s 2024 strategic plan, we have set the goal of turning transformation into opportunity to build a smart and inclusive company.
This aim is built on three priorities:
- Take a responsible approach to addressing skills challenges,
- Support the transformation of our ways of working,
- Offer a consistently positive and engaging employee experience.
