Natixis is proud to be the major patron for the “Botticelli, Artist & Designer” exhibition, which will take place from September 10, 2021 to January 24, 2022 at the Jacquemart-André Museum in Paris.
First exhibition on Sandro Botticelli (1445–1510) in France for more than 15 years
The Jacquemart-André Museum showcases one of the most illustrious artists of the Italian Renaissance and offers an unprecedented dialogue involving around forty major works – paintings, furniture, tapestry and decorative panels, etc. The exhibition includes unique pieces by Botticelli, works of art and work issued in series. It takes visitors to the heart of Botticelli’s workshop, a cradle of collective intelligence that brought together a range of talents – assistants, followers, students and great artists of the future.

Natixis supporting the arts
Natixis has a lengthy track record in supporting culture, with this exhibition pursuing our commitment. Botticelli’s entrepreneurial approach in supporting the development of his contemporaries’ talent resonates particularly with our company: we are delighted to help unveil these world cultural heritage treasures to the public.
This exhibition also chimes with the Jacquemart-André Museum’s permanent collection and its Italian rooms, inviting visitors to rediscover the universal and particularly modern features of Botticelli’s workshop, which offered an unrelenting source of scientific and cultural inspiration.
