We focused on four priority areas for action in 2020: 

• Talents and skills transformation: we are supporting our people in moving into new roles by developing new skills with the launch of Jobs In Motion, a vast internal job mobility and lifelong learning program.
• New ways of working: The pandemic has shown us that we can operate differently. We have accordingly made changes to our working methods, as well as to our managerial strategy in order to make remote working for 2 days a week a sustainable standard practice.
• Diversity & inclusion: we wholeheartedly believe that a company that is open to all forms of diversity boasts stronger performances, as all our people have a right to feel comfortable and be themselves at work and make an impact. So for example we supported, amongst other projects, the creation of the LGBT+ network All-Equals in France. 
• Our corporate culture: right in the midst of the health crisis, we kicked off a participatory project to come together and determine our three key values, which guide our action on a daily basis i.e. sustainable impact, collective intelligence and an entrepreneurial mindset. 

We will step up these various initiatives in 2021 as we further pursue our commitment to being an inclusive and responsible company.
