Natixis regularly communicates internally in order to associate its employees to the sustainable development programs. The objective  is to progressively spread the awareness and modify the behaviours.

Apart from the usual internal communication on intranet or internal magazine, Natixis develops its employees' interest in sustainable development topics through dedicated supports and during major national events (sustainable development week, european mobility week, etc.).
