We can expect artificial intelligence to represent as significant a revolution as electricity. It is having a profound effect on the infrastructure sector, be it in terms of data-capturing, data transport and storage (telecom networks and data centers), or data processing (supercalculators). The arrival of smart infrastructure inevitably has consequences for the way in which they are financed: the more active component, because of the risk of it becoming obsolete, being more difficult to analyse. AI also enables a deeper understanding of the assets financed.
